About Us

 KALPVRIKSHA is a non- profit making, non- government organization established in 2007, registered with registrar of societies, govt. of Jharkhand, under societies act XXI, 1860 (Reg. no.- 573). KALPVRIKSHA is a socio-economic Association established an aim to improve the social, Economic and mental condition of the underprivileged social community at grass root level. For last 5 years we are conducting Handicraft, health, community development, educational and vocational programmes in urban and rural areas. The main objective of the organization is to work towards the betterment in the living condition of the urban and rural poor with more emphasis on women, children, and rural artisans. 

- We are working in both urban and rural areas to make the poor women self-reliant by imparting them training in embroidery, cutting and tailoring, painting, soft toys, pot decoration, banjara work, beautician course, mehandi designing and other courses.

- We aspire and provide support to self educational needs, projects which will especially help the underprivileged in society. Knowledge is key for social & economic upliftment .

- Supportive services like savings and credit, health care, child care, insurance, legal aid, capacity building and communication services are important needs of poor women.

- Conducting seminars/workshops for women and many such activities. On festive seasons we organize handicraft mela to provide market at local level. Presently we are engaged in self employment (income generation) progrmmes for women.
